Dr Wee congratulates two generations of Chinese family serving in police at wedding

PETALING JAYA: It is now rare to see two generations of a Chinese family serving in the police force, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

In a Facebook post on Sunday (Jan 7), the MCA president said that he attended the wedding of the son of ACP Pat Kam Seng and congratulated the newlyweds

"Congratulations and our appreciation goes to ACP Pat and Insp William Pat for working together to serve the people and the nation," said Dr Wee after attending the wedding reception of William and Celine Yap in Kepong.

Dr Wee said William followed in his father’s footsteps and became a member of the Royal Malaysian Police and is currently serving as part of the marine police in Tampoi, Johor Bahru.
