Man who stalked, harassed photographer to be sentenced Dec 20

SHAH ALAM: The 37-year-old man who stalked and harassed a female photographer on social media will be sentenced on Wednesday (Dec 20).

Mohamad Shafiq Rosli had been charged earlier this year under the newly crafted Section 507A of the Penal Code with stalking 31-year-old Acacia Mardiana Daud through social media platforms.

Magistrate Sasha Diana Sabtu had to postpone sentencing as the court had overlooked bringing Mohamad Shafiq to court on Tuesday (Dec 19).
