Dzulkefly aims to complete digital health transformation


PUTRAJAYA: Finishing the digital health transformation agenda will be one of Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad’s main aims as Health Minister.

He said the initiative would be jointly guided by his deputy, Datuk Lukanisman Awang Sauni and the ministry’s team led by secretary-general Datuk Seri Dr Zaini Ujang.

“I am grateful to the Prime Minister and the Yang di-Pertuan Agong for allowing me to return to steer the MOH,” he said yesterday.

Dzulkefly, who was Health Minister from May 21, 2018 to Feb 24, 2020, replaced Dr Zaliha Mustafa, who has been redesignated as Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories).
