Retired soldier pleads not guilty to raping niece in Kota Kinabalu

KOTA KINABALU: A retired soldier pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here to a charge of raping his 12-year-old niece.

However, the 57-year-old accused pleaded guilty to two other charges of sexually assaulting the girl.
