Roger Ng helping with 1MDB-linked asset recovery, says IGP


KUALA LUMPUR: Former Goldman Sachs banker Roger Ng has been helpful with the recovery of 1Malaysia Development Berhad-linked assets, says Tan Sri Razarudin Husain.

"He has been very cooperative with the investigation conducted by the Commercial Crime Investigation Department and the Anti Money Laundering Investigation division," the Inspector-General of Police told reporters here on Wednesday (Nov 8).

"We are currently combing through documents obtained to track down and recover assets," he added.

He said that based on the investigation so far, police believe that more 1MDB assets linked to Ng or his associates could be identified.
