KUALA LUMPUR: A construction company and its director were charged in the Magistrate's Court here Tursday (Nov 7) with failing to comply with an order issued by the Consumer Claims Tribunal Malaysia (TCCM) to repay an individual RM50,000.
The company, Billah Empire Construction Sdn Bhd, represented by its director, Muhammad Ariffin Billah Mohd Noor Zakiah, 29, as the person summoned pleaded not guilty to the charge before Magistrate Nurul Izzah Shaharuddin.
