KUALA LUMPUR: A total of nine temporary relief centres have been opened in Selangor and Perak as of 8pm on Sunday (Nov 5) night.
In SELANGOR, five relief centres were opened from 3pm in the Sepang district after Sungai Dengkil overflowed its banks following continuous rain.
