Annuar Musa appointed PAS deputy election chief

PETALING JAYA: Former Umno secretary-general Tan Sri Annuar Musa, who joined PAS in June, has been named its deputy election chief.

The former Ketereh MP, who was also appointed as a PAS central committee member alongside Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim, thanked party president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang for the trust and mandate given.

"As a party member, I am ready to serve the party to continue PAS' struggle.

"God willing, I will first visit Abdul Hadi and PAS election director Datuk Seri Sanusi Md Nor to get further instructions and guidance," he said in a Facebook post on Tuesday (Oct 31) night.
