Two-year-old dies from suspected abuse in Bagan Serai, three arrested

IPOH: A 26-year-old man and his parents have been arrested over the death of a two-year-old boy who was under their care in Bagan Serai.

Kerian OCPD Supt Juna Yusoff said the victim was brought to a clinic by the couple, aged 62 and 57, after the child was found unconscious at 6pm on Friday (Oct 13)
