GEORGE TOWN: A total of 23 couples exchanged their vows at a mass wedding on the occasion of the auspicious Mid-Autumn Festival at the Penang Chinese Town Hall here.
The couples arrived on Friday (Sept 29) morning dressed in a range of attire and colours, apart from traditional white bridal dresses and black suits.
