SEPANG: Satay is set to achieve a new level of fame in Selangor, following the state’s plan to gazette the popular dish as its heritage food.

A proposal on the matter would be sent to the state executive council later this year, said Selangor State Heritage and Malay Customs Corporation chairman Borhan Aman Shah.
