State polls: Perikatan declares it has won Terengganu


KUALA TERENGGANU: Perikatan Nasional has declared wins in 17 out of 32 seats in Terengganu, enough for it to form the state government.

Supporters at Dewan Tok Guru in Rusila, erupted with joy when the announcement was made here on Saturday (Aug 12).

Candidates from Perikatan Nasional component parties are contesting under the PAS banner in Kelantan and Terengganu.
