State polls: Sanusi's younger brother to speak at Pakatan ceramah near Alor Setar

ALOR SETAR: The younger brother of caretaker mentri besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor is slated to speak at a Pakatan Harapan ceramah at Kampung Alor Senibong here on Saturday (Aug 5) night.

Saidi Adnan Md Nor, a former lecturer, will be campaigning against PAS during the event organised by Pakatan's candidate for Bukit Pinang Hadzir Md Zain from PKR.

This would be his first outing in public since he was criticised by his brother for being too much in favour of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Muhammad Sanusi also claimed that their father had asked his younger brother to change his "bin" for not being on the same side as PAS.

Saidi Adnan was the former Perak Malaysian Islamic Youth Movement (Abim) chief and is now a freelance speaker and religious teacher.
