JOHOR BARU: Many company owners, especially those of the older generation, are hesitant about integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their business operations, say trade associations here.
They are under the impression that they would have to spend a lot to have such technology, said South Johor Foundry and Engineering Industries Association president Lim Kok Kiong.
