Health Ministry licence required for ice factories to operate

PUTRAJAYA: All ice factories that operate or provide ice for businesses must obtain a Health Ministry licence, says its Food Safety and Quality senior director Norrani Eksan.

She said this is based on provisions under Regulation 394A (4) of the Food Regulations 1985.
