Paying at least RM708 for electricity monthly? Expect to be charged more starting July

PUTRAJAYA: Electricity consumers in Peninsular Malaysia will enjoy existing and possibly even lower tariff rates for the next six months effective July 1.

However, high-consumption domestic users whose current monthly electricity bill is at least RM708 will see a minimum 25% increase in charges.
