PETALING JAYA: The planning permission (kebenaran merancang) approval process at the state and local council level is set to be improved following a federal approach to standardise it.
The Local Government Development Ministry said this would take into account the effectiveness of the approach implemented in several local councils, which proved to have a positive impact on investment and development.
