KOTA KINABALU: Sabah is making a bold move by taking full regulatory control of its electricity supply, says think tank Institute for Development Studies (IDS).
IDS chief executive officer Datuk Dr Ramzah Dambul said taking over the role from the Federal Government meant that Sabah would have more autonomy to chart its own policy and planning to manage and develop its energy production and supply.
