Seremban to experience water supply disruption on June 13

SEREMBAN: Water supply to several areas here will be disrupted for 24 hours next week to enable Syarikat Air Negri Sembilan (Sains) to carry out pipe replacement works.

In a statement, Sains said the disruption would start from 8am on June 13.

The water supply would be restored in stages after the piping work was completed, it added.

The affected areas include Seremban town centre, Lobak, Jalan Dr Chen Man Hin (Jalan Temiang), Jalan Templer, the Lake Gardens, Jalan Dato' Klana Makmur, Bukit Tembok and its surrounding areas.

Sains said the pipe replacement works were part of continuous efforts by the state water concessionaire to improve the quality of water supply.

Sains would deploy water tankers and place static tanks in the affected areas if the repair works took a longer time to complete.
