KUALA LUMPUR: City developer SkyWorld Development Bhd has elevated Malaysia’s property industry in the eyes of the world by being named World Gold Winner for its SkyAwani 2 Residences in the affordable housing category at the renowned FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2023.
The ceremony took place in Miami, US and witnessed the recognition of SkyAwani 2 Residences as an exemplary development in the global real estate industry.
The FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards, organised by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), celebrates the most outstanding real estate projects worldwide.
This esteemed recognition underscores SkyAwani 2 Residences’ exceptional design, affordability and commitment to providing high-quality sustainable housing solutions.
SkyAwani 2 Residences stands as a testament to SkyWorld’s dedication to creating sustainable and inclusive communities.
The project is part of SkyWorld's Awani series, which offers affordable homes to Malaysians under the Residensi Wilayah programme.
Upon completion in 2020, the development was crowned a notable QLASSIC score of 79%, highest rating within the Residensi Wilayah category in Malaysia by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).
Lee receives the World Gold Winner award for their SkyAwani 2 Residences.
