Dr Wee pays tribute to MCA veteran Koh Poh Chen who passed away at 95

PETALING JAYA: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong expressed condolences to the passing of party veteran Koh Poh Chen@Koh Poh Tin.

Dr Wee shared the news of Koh’s passing at his Facebook page on Friday (May 26).

The late Koh who died at 95, was actively involved in politics and social work joined MCA in September 30, 1949,

“Received the sad news on the departure of MCA veteran Koh Poh Chen @ Koh Poh Tin, who had passed away at the age of 95.

“On behalf of MCA, I would like to convey my heartfelt condolences to her family. Thank you Madam Koh for your support and dedication to the party. May her soul rest in peace,” he said.

Dr Wee also posted a photo of him and Koh during the MCA Perak state convention in 2018.
