Dr Wee attends wedding of friend's daughter in JB

PETALING JAYA: Ayer Hitam MP Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong took some time off his schedule to attend a wedding in Johor Baru.

The MCA president said he accepted an invitation from his friend Datuk Shahrul Hamid M.T.P Abdul Kadir to attend the wedding of the latter's daughter.

"The event was also attended by Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar,

Johor Crown Prince Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim and his wife Che' Puan Besar Khaleeda Bustamam, as well as Johor Princess Tunku Tun Aminah Sultan Ibrahim," Dr Wee said in a Facebook post on Saturday (May 20).

Also present were Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi, Johor government secretary Tan Sri Dr Azmi Rohani and MIC deputy president Datuk Seri M. Saravanan.

"Congratulations to the newlyweds and may they enjoy marital bliss for the rest of their lives," Dr Wee said.
