Proactive steps boost Bukit Aman's fight against smuggling


KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman's Internal Security and Public Order Department has seized over RM1.7bil in contraband, animals and controlled items from January 2021 to this April.

Its Wildlife Crime Bureau (WCB) and Intelligence and Special Investigations deputy director Senior Asst Comm Mohammad Azlin Sadari said the seizures amounted to RM540.2mil last year.
