Serious thought must be given to better manage strays, says Nga

KLANG: The government is willing to listen to constructive suggestions from animal welfare groups in regards to managing street animal population in a more humane way, says Nga Kor Ming.

Local Government Development Minister acknowledged that this was a serious issue.
