JOHOR BARU: A 37-year-old Bangladeshi national pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here for offering a bribe worth RM500 to avoid being fined by the local council.
Masum Abdul Halim made the plea after the charge was read to him before judge Datuk Ahmad Kamal Arifin Ismail here on Tuesday (May 16).
