PETALING JAYA: The government should hasten to include ketum abuse and addiction under the Dangerous Drugs Act, says Malaysian Substance Abuse Council (MASAC) secretary-general Raja Azizan Suhaimi.
Private drugs rehabilitation centres nationwide can be mobilised to aid in treating addicts, even before the substance is placed under the Act, he said.
