Eye on litterbugs: CCTV catches 127 in the act in Taiping

TAIPING: The Taiping Municipal Council issued 128 compound notices for a total of RM32,000 to litterbugs from January to March.

Council president Khairul Amir Mohamad Zubir said 127 of these were issued to those caught littering on CCTV cameras placed at strategic locations, while one notice was written on the spot.
