KUANTAN: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah tonight attended the Aidilfitri celebration hosted by the Kuantan City Council (MBK) here.
Their Majesties arrived at the Kuantan City Complex at 8.35pm.
Also present were Pahang Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail, Kuantan mayor Datuk Hamdan Hussin and heads of departments.
At the event which was attended by more than 3,000 guests, Their Majesties also presented ‘duit raya’ to the children of MBK employees.
Al-Sultan Abdullah also spent time greeting MBK employees and visiting stalls that prepared various scrumptious dishes. - Bernama
