Brickbats for Kedah varsity over 'spouse only' rule for students' vehicles

ALOR SETAR: A public university in Kedah has come under fire on social media for a condition imposed on students' vehicle campus stickers.

The condition stipulates that students will be fined RM30 if they carry a passenger of the opposite sex who is not their spouse.
