Conversion case: Single mum's leave application appeal to be heard on July 6


KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Court has set July 6 to hear the leave application appeal by single mother Loh Siew Hong to challenge the Court of Appeal's decision allowing the Perlis Islamic Religion and Malay Customs Council (MAIPs) to intervene in her divorce proceedings.

Lawyer Danial Farhan Zainul Rijal when contacted said it was set during an online case management before Deputy Registrar Rosidah Roslee which was also participated by Loh’s counsel, J. Gunamalar.
