Ab Rauf sworn in as new Melaka CM


MELAKA: Tanjung Bidara assemblyman Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh has been sworn in as the 13th Melaka Chief Minister on Friday (March 31).

The swearing-in ceremony was held at the office of Yang di-Pertua Melaka Tun Dr Mohd Ali Rustam at Ayer Keroh here at 3.30pm.

Those present at the ceremony were ex-chief minister Datuk Seri Sulaiman Md Ali, Melaka exco members and top government officials.

Ab Rauf, 62, is also the Melaka Umno and state Barisan Nasional chief.
