KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Barisan Nasional's Datuk Shahelmey Yahya will keep his Putatan MP seat after the Election Court here threw out Pakatan Harapan's election petition on Friday (March 10).
High Court judge Wong Siong Tung delivered the decision over Shahelmey’s preliminary objection to strike out the petition filed by PKR’s Awang Husaini Sahari, who held the seat in the previous term.
