Kluang factory told to stop operations after heavy rain damaged dumping pond, says Environment Dept

JOHOR BARU: A factory in Kluang has been ordered to temporarily cease operation after its dumping pond was damaged due to heavy rain.

In a statement, the Environment Department said that this was to ensure that the factory could focus on fixing the pond and preventing pollution.
