PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has upheld the death sentence on an unemployed man who was convicted of killing his father by severing his head with a machete and cutting the victim's body into six parts five years ago.
A three-member bench, chaired by Justice Datuk Seri Kamaludin Md Said, made the ruling here on Monday (March 6) in a unanimous decision after dismissing the appeal by You Poh Khoon, 57, to set aside the conviction and sentence on grounds of insanity.
