KOTA KINABALU: A farmer was fined RM4,000 for allowing another person to use his deceased daughter’s identity to apply for a MyKad. Justin Popolong, 40, was arrested on Tuesday after he tried to help a teenager apply for her MyKad.
He pleaded guilty before magistrate Stephanie Sharon Abbey yesterday after being charged with using fake information to apply for identification documents.
