Farmer fined for letting foreigner use his dead daughter's name in MyKad application

KOTA KINABALU: A farmer has been fined RM4,000 for allowing someone else to use his deceased daughter’s identity to apply for a Mykad.

Justin Popolong, a 40-year-old local from Pensiangan district, was arrested on Tuesday (Feb 28) after he tried to help a teenager apply for her first Mykad.
