KUALA LUMPUR: A joint training programme saw 18 officers from the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) enhance their technique in pursuing violent criminals at sea while protecting the safety of their men.
The programme, titled “Arresting Technique Course 2023”, was jointly conducted by MMEA and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Jica) from Jan 30 to Feb 3 at Akademi Maritim Sultan Ahmad Shah in Kuantan, Pahang.
