Over 16,000 people reported online scams since Oct 2022, says Azalina

KUALA LUMPUR: Over 16,000 Malaysians reported online scams and losses totalling almost RM40mil since the 997 hotline began in October 2022, says Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said.

"The National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) has set up a 997 hotline which is operational daily.
