Housewives are workers too, says Anwar

KUALA LUMPUR: Employers must not be dictators of policies to ensure the welfare of all workers are fully protected, said Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The Prime Minister also said that housewives and domestic workers must be regarded as workers as they too manage households and children and deserve a social security protection scheme as other workers.
