Singer Wang Leehom was seen struggling to hold back tears while thanking fans for their support and even got down on his knees during his recent concert in the United States, Sin Chew Daily reported.

The 46-year-old Taiwanese-American made an official comeback to the entertainment scene via a concert in Las Vegas on Jan 28 after an extended hiatus following his divorce in 2021.

The singer, who is currently embroiled in a custody battle for his three children against ex-wife Lee Jinglei, dedicated his new song See Each Other Whenever We Want To to them.

The song lyrics tell of Wang’s yearning to see his children once again.

In 2021, after the divorce, Lee accused Wang of various misdeeds throughout their marriage, including multiple infidelities, soliciting prostitutes and being verbally and physically abusive.

In response to the allegations, Wang finally apologised in December 2021 to his family and fans.

> Former paparazzo Ge Siqi urged Chinese model-influencer Zhang Yingying to ditch her tycoon boyfriend after he was caught kissing multiple women, China Press reported.

Ge, who is known to make explosive revelations about celebrities online, posted photos on Jan 28 of a man resembling businessman Wang Xiaofei locking lips with multiple women at various nightclubs.

In all the photos, the women were scantily dressed and Wang appeared to be drunk.

Ge’s post soon became a trending topic on Chinese social media, with netizens banding together to condemn Wang, who has yet to make a reply to the allegations at press time.
