Implement change, rise from culture of contentment, Anwar tells Cabinet, civil servants


PUTRAJAYA: Cabinet members and civil servants must emerge from the culture of contentment and earnestly implement change in the national administrations, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

In his first monthly address to the staff of the Prime Minister’s Department in the new year, the Prime Minister said that in any system, there must be a desire to bring about change.
