KOTA KINABALU: A bottom-up approach is the best mechanism for Sabah’s socio-economic growth through the mobilisation of the grassroots economy, says a government think-tank.
The Institute for Development Studies (IDS) Sabah chief executive officer Datuk Dr Ramzah Dambul in reviewing the State Budget 2023, said that this bottom up approach aligns the state budget with a holistic development direction.
