PM Anwar meets DBKL's top management, KL MPs


KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim visited Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) on Thursday (Dec 22) to meet with its top management.

During the visit, Anwar was given briefings and explanations on DBKL's management as well as on issues affecting it.

"I held a meeting with DBKL's top management this morning and listened to briefings and explanations on its management and affairs," he said in a Facebook post.

The Prime Minister said he had also met with all the Kuala Lumpur MPs to discuss policy matters and efforts to tackle urban poverty.

"I stressed that the main thrust of the administration now was to help lighten the burden on the people's lives," he said in his post.
