TAIWANESE singer Harlem Yu (pic) returned to Malaysia in just two months with many of his followers urging him to be an ambassador of Malaysian tourism, Sin Chew Daily reported.

The 61-year-old posted two photos on Facebook of him at a beach resort on Tuesday and declared: “Langkawi, I’m back again! I can’t help loving you!”

The phrase “I can’t help loving you” is part of the lyrics in his evergreen hit Qing Fei De Yi.

In early October, Yu also shared a photo of his trip to a rain forest in Langkawi on his social media account during his mini concert in Malaysia.

Some followers questioned Yu if he had ever left the country over the two months, while others said Yu should consider investing in a resort.

While calls for Yu to become an ambassador to promote Malaysian tourism have grown stronger, there were netizens who gave him extra advice on where his next stops should be: Pulau Rawa in Johor and Semporna in Sabah.
