Anwar arrives for Pakatan presidential council meeting in PJ


PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Harapan chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has arrived for the first Pakatan presidential council meeting since his appointment as the Prime Minister.

Anwar arrived at about 2.55pm Monday (Nov 28) with his security entourage at Merchant Square here.

Among the Pakatan leaders spotted are former Upko president Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau while Parti Amanah Negara president Mohamad Sabu and DAP secretary-general Anthony Loke are also expected to attend the meeting.

The atmosphere outside the PKR headquarters remains relatively quiet with a tight security presence.
