Muhyiddin: We’ll play the role of Opposition

Staying the course: Muhyiddin says Perikatan will continue the struggle for the well-being of the people and the prosperity of the country.

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin (pic) congratulated Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on his appointment as Prime Minister while announcing that Perikatan Nasional would play its role as the Opposition in Parliament.

“With the Federal Government led by Pakatan Harapan, Perikatan will play a check-and-balance role by being the voice of the people in line with the principles of parliamentary democracy,” said the Perikatan chairman in a Facebook post.
