PETALING JAYA: Should no political party secure a simple majority to form the government on polling day, Perikatan Nasional will only consider post-electoral pacts with coalitions that share its same principles, says chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

Political observers, he said, had divided opinions on the outcome of the 15th General Election, including the possibility that no coalition is able to secure the 112 seats needed to form the government.
