GE15: Election promises by main coalitions ahead of polling day


PETALING JAYA: Political coalitions have listed out their plans for the country ranging from addressing the rising cost of living, uplifting education and healthcare as well and reforming government institutions ahead of GE15.

Under the cost of living, Barisan Nasional has pledged to introduce a new "assistive basic income" scheme, which involves an automatic "top-up" mechanism to ensure each household has a minimum income of RM2,208.
