Fiction Carnival @ Popular provides news books to 185 schools


THANKS to the overwhelming support from visitors to the Fiction Carnival @ Popular campaign, a total of 185 schools will receive new books worth RM3,000 each for their libraries.

The campaign was held from June 1 to July 31 as part of Popular’s corporate social responsibility initiative at all Popular and Harris bookstores nationwide.

Throughout the campaign duration, 10% of sales generated was channelled to selected schools’

libraries that are in need of books in all states while customers also got to enjoy a 10% rebate off selected fiction titles.
