MELAKA: A 34-year-old man has been sentenced to one year's jail by the Magistrate's Court here for slapping and scalding his grandmother with a hot cooking utensil.
Magistrate Izwan Mohamed Noh meted out the sentence after Nazri Zol pleaded guilty to the offence on Thursday (Oct 27).
